Martis Camp: Conservation and Legacy Planning
Developed by DMB and Highlands Management Group, Martis Camp is a 653 lot low-density resort/golf community located on approximately 2,177 acres within the Martis Valley between Truckee and the north shore of Lake Tahoe. Martis Camp could not have been developed without the creation of a landmark settlement that was reached by conservationists, county officials and developers late in 2006.

Tejon Ranch: Sharing in a Legacy of Conservation
On May 8, 2008, Tejon Ranch Co., its partner DMB Associates, and many of the nation's major environmental organizations, including The Sierra Club, Natural Resources Defense Council, Audubon California, the Planning and Conservation League and the Endangered Habitats League, announced one of the largest conservation and land use agreements in California history when they unveiled a landmark agreement on the future of Tejon Ranch.
